Accommodation
There are 77 rooms available for participants in the hotel section of the Conference Center. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so early registration is recommended. Services and amenities include free breakfast, private bathroom, satellite TV, radio, telephone, refrigerator and free internet access (via ethernet cable).
The Center houses its own restaurant and bar and is located ca. 2 kilometers from the centre of Łódź, which is famous for its variety of restaurants, bars and a vibrant nightlife.
The organizers offer a conference stay package which includes:
- accommodation (3 nights, 12th, 13th, and 14th, September 2010)
- board (supper on the 12th, lunch and supper on the 13th, lunch on the 14th, lunch on the 15th)
- conference dinner (on the 14th).
The standard cost of the conference stay package is 450 EUR. This DOES NOT include the conference registration fee. A discount cost of 350 EUR is offered to participants from Central & Eastern Europe, and countries with currency restrictions, as well as to doctoral students. Fees for accommodation should be payed by bank transfer with the Registration Fee.
Please note that accommodation bookings are handled by the conference organizers and the Center cannot take reservations directly from participants. Extended stays are possible. Queries should be directed to the local organizer, Piotr Cap (strus_pl@yahoo.com)
The organizers regret that they cannot arrange accommodation outside the Center on your behalf.
